RETURNS - SIMPLE AND HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

Need to return an order? Here you will find the key information about the withdrawal period, return costs, return labels and refunds at Westernhorse-Tack. Please contact us by email before sending anything back so that we can provide you with the necessary return information.

What about return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal?

The withdrawal period is 14 days. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email beforehand. Do not send the goods back without contacting us first. Items must be intact and clean and should be securely packed in a box for return shipping.

• You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.
• For returns within Germany, we can provide a return label.
• A flat shipping fee of €6.90 for the German return label will be deducted from your refund.
• For returns from other EU countries, we currently cannot provide a return label. The return costs are covered by the buyer.

What happens to the return costs in the event of a complaint?

If a complaint is justified and we provide you with a return label, you will not incur any return shipping costs. For returns from abroad, please choose the most economical shipping method available to you.

When will I receive my refund after exercising the right of withdrawal?

After we receive the returned goods, we usually transfer the purchase price within 2–4 days. The statutory refund period is a maximum of 14 days. The refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
