Fender straps - leather hobble straps
These fender straps and hobble straps made from high-quality leather are designed as accessories for western saddles. The short leather straps are used as connectors around the fenders and help keep the fenders together above the stirrups. They are a practical part of your western saddle equipment. The straps are made of leather and are available in three leather colours: light, medium and dark. This makes it easy to choose a colour that matches your existing saddle accessories. Nylon tie strap and off billet
This nylon tie strap and off billet set is designed for attaching a western saddle girth to the saddle. Both straps are made from strong, washable nylon and come in brown. The edges are stitched, and the holes are burnt in to help prevent fraying around the openings. Both pieces are approximately 5 cm wide, but they differ in length and number of fastening holes. The long tie strap measures approximately 170 cm and has eight holes for fastening. It is attached using a leather strip threaded through three holes. The shorter off billet measures approximately 44 cm when doubled and has five fastening holes. In a typical western saddle setup, the tie strap provides the longer strap used to tighten the girth, while the off billet secures the girth on the opposite side. Check that both straps are correctly fitted and that the girth attachment is secure before riding. The washable nylon construction also makes the set practical to clean when needed. The product is supplied as one set containing one tie strap and one off billet.
