What about return shipping costs in the event of a cancellation?
Our cancellation period is 14 days. If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us by email beforehand. We will then send you all the necessary information for the return. Please do not send the goods back without comment. Note that the items must be intact, clean and packed in a box. You will bear the direct return costs. In Germany we can provide you with a return label, but we must deduct a flat shipping fee of €6.90 from the refund.
We are currently unable to provide a return label for returns from the EU. The return costs must be borne by the buyer. Please send the goods back to us with sufficient postage using a shipping provider of your choice.
Since June 13, 2014, we are no longer legally obliged to cover the return costs.
What happens to the return costs in the event of complaints?
If the complaint is justified and we provide you with a return label, you will not incur any return costs. For returns from abroad, please choose the cheapest shipping method for you.
When will I get my money back if I cancel?
We usually transfer the purchase price 2-4 days after receiving the returned goods. By law, we must refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same method you used to pay.
