1. How do I find the right size for my horse?
Our products are available in different sizes. If you are unsure, please contact us - we will help you find the right size.
2. Can I have a headpiece customized to my wishes?
Yes, we offer the option of putting together headpieces individually according to your ideas. Simply select the desired buckles, conchos and other details and we will assemble your custom-made headpiece.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-5 working days. For custom-made or specially adapted products, the delivery time can be a little longer. We will inform you as soon as your order has been shipped.
4. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within Germany are €6.90. For more information, see our Shipping/Payment page.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed/shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make changes.
6. How can I pay?
We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, credit card and advance payment. For more information, see our Shipping/Payment page.
7. Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
Yes, you can return unworn and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that custom-made items cannot be exchanged. You can find further details on our "Returns" page.
8. Are your products also suitable for show use?
Yes, we offer both training and show equipment. Our products are manufactured to a particularly high quality and offer a first-class look for your next performance.
9. What do I do if an item is not available?
We usually only sell items that we have in stock. If you want a product that is not available, please contact us.
10. Do you also offer gift vouchers?
No, we do not currently offer gift vouchers.
11. How safe is my data with you?
Your data is safe with us. We use modern encryption technologies and do not pass your data on to third parties. You can find further information in our privacy policy.
12. Can I reach you by phone?
No, we are currently not available by phone. You can send us an email at any time, use the contact form on our website or contact us via Facebook or Instagram. We usually respond very quickly.
13. How can I return ordered goods?
If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us beforehand at the email address provided. We will then send you all the necessary information about the return. Please do not send the goods back without comment. Please note that the goods must still be sealed, clean and packed in a box. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please refer to the cancellation policy for more information.
14. Can I have my order delivered to a packing station or a different delivery address?
You are also welcome to have your order sent to a packing station or post office. To do this, simply enter a different delivery address in your customer account. Please do not forget to include the number of your Packstation in your details.
Individual assembly "Custom Made"
You have found a headpiece/spur straps, buckles and conchos that you like and would like us to assemble it for you, then put everything together in the shopping cart. When completing your order, let us know under "Additional Information" whether we should assemble everything for you.
If you order several headpieces, please let us know which headpiece we should assemble with which buckles and conchos in "Additional information" before completing the order. When choosing a double eared headjoint let us know if we should assemble it as a single eared or double eared headjoint. Please note that not every headpiece can be modified in the shop.
Please note that you will need additional material such as screws, nails, etc. when assembling. This is not supplied by default.

Our standard colors for headpieces
You can see our standard colors in the following picture from left to right.
- russet (- light)
- chestnut (- light oiled)
- dark chestnut (- slightly reddish)
- brown (- dark brown)
These are just a small selection of possible leather colors that are available from us. We also have headstalls in the colors antique russet, antique chestnut, antique dark chestnut and black. The basic colors here are russet, chestnut, dark chestnut with an antique finish.
Please note that leather is a natural product, so the color may differ from the product images.
Length of our headpieces in Quarter Horse size
How long are the headpieces in Quarter Horse size?
Our headpieces in Quarter Horse size have a total length of around 99-104 cm in the longest setting. Please note that the length can vary slightly depending on the headpiece and color.
How long is the headpiece?
The headpiece is usually 65 cm long. If your horse is larger, you can order a longer headpiece for an additional charge.
How can I make sure that the headpiece fits?
If you want to make sure that the length of the headpiece fits your horse perfectly, please contact us. We will be happy to measure the headpiece you want again for you to ensure that everything fits perfectly.
